Define Her Future was born from a deeper realization: exposure changes lives.

Before Define Her Future, Asia created In Tech She Trust — a platform focused on helping women break into technology careers, particularly within IT Service Management and the ServiceNow ecosystem.

What started as career coaching and mentorship quickly became something much bigger.

Through resume support, interview preparation, professional development, and exposure to opportunities in tech, hundreds of women gained access to industries and careers they once felt disconnected from. Many entered corporate spaces for the first time. Many increased their income, confidence, and belief in what was possible for their lives.

But throughout that journey, one thing became impossible to ignore:

Confidence starts long before adulthood.

The young women growing into these future careers needed support earlier. They needed mentorship earlier. They needed exposure earlier. They needed spaces where they could see successful women who looked like them, speak openly about wellness and self-worth, explore technology and artificial intelligence without intimidation, and feel empowered to dream bigger for themselves.

Define Her Future was created to become that space.

Today, the organization blends technology, mentorship, wellness, leadership development, career exposure, AI literacy, community engagement, and confidence-building experiences to help girls define success on their own terms.

From workshops and field trips to wellness conversations, mentorship opportunities, and technology exposure, every experience is designed to remind girls that their future is not limited by what they currently see around them.

Because when a girl gains exposure, she begins to see possibility.

And once she sees possibility, everything changes.
